What is the Pronature loyalty program?
- It’s a program that allows customers to accumulate rewards points on their in-store and online purchases, and get discounts on future transactions.
How does points stacking work?
- 10 points per dollar spent (certain conditions apply)
- 1000 points = 1$ off
- 5000 points offered upon registration
- 1000 points for following Pronature on Facebook or Instagram
- 2500 for referring a friend (activated after the referred client makes a $25 purchase)
Where can I collect and use points?
- Points are accumulated on in-store and online purchases.
- They can only be spent in-store.
Is there a minimum amount to redeem my points?
- Yes, a minimum purchase of $50 is required in order to redeem your points.
Can you use my points immediately after a transaction?
- Points can be used on a future transaction.
Can I use my points for any purchases?
- No, certain items are excluded, including:
- Hunting and fishing licenses
- Gift cards
- Services (ex. Gunsmithing, repairs, etc.)
Do points have an expiry date?
- No, points do not expire.
What happens if I return an item purchased with points?
- The points used for the purchase will be deducted from your account once the return has been validated.
2.Pronature Mobile Application
How do I download the Pronature app?
- The application is available to download on the Apple Store and Googe Play Store.
What can I do on the app?
- Check your points balance and available rewards.
- Find a Pronature dealer nearby
- Share the program with friends and earn referral points.
- Access the Pronature flyer in PDF format.
- Follow Pronature on Facebook and Instagram to get points.
How do I register for the app?
- Download the application and fill in the form with:
- Email (mandatory)
- Phone number (optional, but recommended)
- New users get 5000 welcome points after registration.
Is enrolment in the loyalty program free?
- Yes, enrolment in the Pronature loyalty program is completely free.
- The mobile application is also free to download and use.
Can a customer register before arriving at the store?
- Yes, via the app.
- Once in store, simply use the same email or phone number to access the account.
Can I view my transactions and points history?
- Yes, every customer can view their points balance and transaction history on the app. In the menu, select Settings, then Trasaction history. You will find the points transactions as well as information on specific transactions by clicking on the info icon.
What to do if I am unable to log in my account?
- Use the “Forgot password” option in the app.
- If the problem persists, contact Pronature customer service at application@groupepronature.ca.
Will the app send notifications to customers?
- Yes, to advise of exclusives promotions and offers.
