Return Policy


No returns can be made in store regarding online purchases



Items purchased during the Holiday season, from November 6th to December 11st, 2023 may be returned until January 11st, 2024.

To make a return, simply contact us through the contact us link. Please indicate your order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to follow up on your request.




No firearms can be returned (final sale).


Order error or defect

Your merchandise was carefully checked and packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, if you have received your order in bad condition or an error has occurred in the preparation of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package and our customer service will take care of your request.


Other reasons

If you are not satisfied with the color, size, or if the product simply does not suit you, please note that returns are at  customer's expense. Please contact us through the contact us link. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information to proceed with your return.


Packaging of  products

Return the item in the original packaging and then into a shipping box or bag, and seal securely. If the bag or box is damaged, the product should be wrapped in paper or a shipping bag for protection before dropping it off at a carrier service counter. It is necessary to include the information provided by customer service in your return package. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Boxes of shoes or boots must be put in a bag or a box. A customer may incur fees or be refused a return in the case where the product’s original packaging has been damaged.

Return time frame

If an error has occurred during the processing of your order or an item was damaged during transport, you have seven (7) days from the receipt of the package to contact us and obtain information related to the return.



It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the Return Policy, as well as the time limits prescribed above. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is properly and securely packaged when it is returned.


Transportation costs

Items may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase. A return handling fee of $10 plus tax will be deducted from your total refund. However, additional charges may apply for oversized items*. When returned, the item must be in new condition, i.e. undamaged, clean, free of odors, free of pet hair, and with the original labels and packaging.

Initial shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded from the original invoice.

In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the $10 return shipping cost.


Refund policy

All refund requests will be processed as soon as possible. In the event that a refund is possible, a credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for payment of your order. Please note that refunds may take  from 24 to 48 hours depending on the banking institution.

You have 30 days following the reception of your package to contact us.


Non-refundable or exchangeable items 

Software on DVD, SD or microSD card (including but not limited to road, marine, trail and topographic maps), underwear, socks and bathing suits, bird calls, bows and crossbows, hunting and fishing cameras, electronics, GPS, boats, weapons and ammunition.


Final sales and all products at 50% off or more are non-refundable or exchangeable.


Please note that shipping charges and surcharges for oversized items are not refundable.


Exchange policy


No exchanges can be made in store regarding online purchases.

In order to facilitate the management of merchandise returns, we do not make exchanges, only returns. If you wish to exchange the items you have received, simply make a return and place a new order afterwards. You will be reimbursed for your return once we receive your items.


Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are applicable online as a percentage discount on a purchase and/or as a discount on a shopping cart purchase amount depending on the current promotion. Each promotional code can only be used  once by a customer.


Please note that promotional codes remain valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount coupon. Other exceptions may apply.
