Deliveries & transport

Delivery

In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, we may have to send your order in several packages.Please note that Pronature inc. only delivers in Canada. All orders placed online to a delivery address outside of Canada will be automatically cancelled.


Please note that Pronature inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

In-store pickup

Pronature does not offer this option. All orders are delivered by Canada Post, without exception.

 

Shipping costs

Ground delivery (5 business days). Note that this delay could be longer for remote areas.

- A flat fee of $10.00 for all orders

 

Exceptional items

Certain types of bulky or dangerous items cannot be purchased online or delivered, such as ice fishing shelters, aerosols, anchors, large decoys, attractants, batteries, safes, fuel, boats, large coolers, tree stands and blinds, ammunition, firearms, game salt, sleds, etc.

 

Please note that items that cannot be purchased online or delivered are still available at Pronature merchants. Please contact your merchant to confirm availability.

 

Busy periods

Please note that during major events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day etc., it is possible that the processing time for orders placed online may be slightly affected. Thank you for your understanding.

  

 

Firearms

Shipping Restrictions


Firearms cannot be shipped outside of Canada. Federal laws require that firearms be shipped to the address registered with the Canada Firearms Program(CFP). No other address may be used.
