Shipping policy

Delivery

Please note that Pronature inc. only delivers in Canada. All orders placed online to a delivery address outside of Canada will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that Pronature inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

In-store pickup

Pronature does not offer this option. All orders are delivered by Canada Post, without exception.

 

Shipping costs

Ground delivery (5 business days). Note that this delay could be longer for remote areas.

- A flat fee of $10.00 for all orders

 

Busy periods

Please note that during major events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day etc., it is possible that the processing time for orders placed online may be slightly affected. Thank you for your understanding.
