Order and pay online

The online shopping service makes it easy for you to find and purchase the specific gift cards you need. Our online shopping service accepts credit card payments (Visa ou MasterCard).

 

Payment by credit card

When using your credit card to make your payment, you must provide your credit card billing address (if different from your shipping address) and a daytime and evening contact number. If the billing address does not match the one on file with your financial institution or if the authorization is not received for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

Due to the confidentiality of your personal information, it is effectively impossible for us to resolve problems with your financial institution. You must resolve any problems that prevent your order from being processed by contacting your financial institution and then restart the process once everything is back in order. 

 

Payment by gift cards

Gift cards are valid in-store only. 
No expiration date
Non-exchangeable, non-refundable
Valid at all Pronature dealers

Payment on delivery (COD)

We do not offer COD (cash on delivery). All orders must be paid for before delivery.

 

Price Adjustments

Prices listed are subject to change without notice. Discounts on selected items are valid while supplies last or at the end of the promotional period. No price adjustment can be requested on a previous order, despite the posting of a new promotion following your order.

 

Price and/or description changes

We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to notify you of any pricing errors prior to billing. While we want to accommodate your needs as much as possible, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or description and to cancel or refuse an order for items with an inaccurate price or description.

 

These corrections may be made after the order has been accepted. If you do not agree with any changes due to pricing errors, please notify us and we will cancel your order.

Pronature reserves the right to limit quantities. 

 

Customer account

We offer you the possibility to have a customer access on the website. It is still possible to make purchases as a guest. However, we recommend that you open an account if you plan to make further purchases on our website. You may do it free of charge  and it will save you from having to enter all your information every time you visit.
